Data processing agreement

Veft acts as a processor for the candidate and client data your firm holds in the product. Our data processing agreement sets out the terms required by Article 28 GDPR, including the sub-processors we use and the safeguards on any transfer.

Sub-processors

Veft uses a small, named set of sub-processors for hosting, enrichment, AI generation, email, and billing, each under a data processing agreement and EU-appropriate safeguards. The current list is maintained in the DPA document.
